I start every project the same way: something doesn't exist that should, or something exists but isn't quite right for Finland, or for people who care deeply about one specific thing.
The products here are mine — I designed them, built them, and still run them. The pace is deliberate: fast enough to ship before the idea goes cold, slow enough to not throw away good work. I reach for Next.js and Firebase, move quickly with AI tooling, and iterate once real people start using something.
